Autumnal Meads is a subsidiary of Boondoggle Productions. A new site to track the effects of different honeys in small batches of mead. We will discuss the the process of making and bottling mead as well as the effects of each ingredient. We’re documenting our experience with the mead making process from the first mead we’ve ever created. We will be documenting the process and effects as we go.
While we are documenting our mead experiences from the beginning we’ve been home-brewing experimental beers and ciders for over 10 years. We’ll be using this experience along with our research on the subject to come up with the best or cheapest processes to help others get started with making mead.
